- Never been banned or suspended by hargatoto or any other gaming platform for fraud, breach of trust, or violation of terms.

Warning: Hargatoto employs a strict age verification system. Any attempt to register using false information to bypass the age limit will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
2 Registration & Account Management
Each user is only permitted to hold one account at hargatoto. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During Registration
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and valid mobile number.
- Choose your password carefully — use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols for maximum security.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Hargatoto will not be liable for any losses resulting from password disclosure.
Information Update
You must update your account information if any changes occur, such as your address, phone number, or payment method. Outdated or inaccurate information may cause delays in transaction processing and identity verification.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal
Hargatoto supports a range of popular local payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow QR. All transactions are processed through a fully encrypted system to keep your funds secure.
Deposit
- The minimum deposit is RM 10. There is no maximum daily deposit limit for accounts that have completed full identity verification.
- Deposits via eWallet and FPX are typically credited to your hargatoto account within 1 to 3 minutes.
- Hargatoto does not charge any additional fees for deposits. However, payment service providers may impose their own fees.
- You must ensure that the payment method used is registered in your own name. Using a bank account or eWallet belonging to another person is prohibited.
Withdrawal
- The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 24 working hours depending on the selected method.
- First-time withdrawals from a new account will undergo additional security checks as part of our user protection process.
- Hargatoto reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals of RM 5,000 and above.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a verified bank account or eWallet registered under the same name as the hargatoto account.
Attention: Any attempt to transfer funds obtained through fraudulent activity or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be closed immediately.
4 Bonus & Promotions
Hargatoto offers a variety of attractive bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements clearly stated in each bonus's specific terms. Please read the terms of each promotion carefully before accepting any offer.
- The welcome bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit. Each user may claim the welcome bonus once only.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period. Bonuses unused within that period will expire automatically.
- Some games may be excluded from contributing to bonus wagering requirements. The list of eligible games is stated in each bonus's terms.

- The use of third-party software, automated bots, or any tools designed to exploit games is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.
